When do I need to submit my availability?
All umpires are required to complete their availability to umpire during the season using Official HQ. Official HQ is a website which allows umpires to manage their availability and appointments and assists Associations with the administration of their umpires.Availabilities are to be completed on a monthly basis and need to be entered on time to ensure appointment to matches. Instructions on how to enter availability is provided further below.Availabilities for this season are due no later than the following dates:October availability due on 13 September 2024November availability due on 18 October 2024December availability due on 15 November 2024January availability due on 13 December 2024February availability due on 17 January 2025March availability due on 14 February 2025
When and how do I receive my match appointments?
All umpires are appointed to matches using MyCricket. It is an umpire’s responsibility to ensure they check MyCricket and are aware of which matches they are appointed to.On Wednesday afternoon at the beginning of each round of matches umpires are notified of their appointments via email and/or SMS. These appointments can change and should always be double checked.Additional information on how to view the matches an umpire is appointed to, is provided below
